Sawmill Creek Farms LLC offers farm-raised meats, eggs, dairy products, merchandise, and other farm goods. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, or refuse or cancel any order.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Many meat products are sold by weight, so your final total may vary slightly from the estimated amount shown at checkout. Your payment method will be charged based on the final prepared order.
3. Orders, Payment & Cancellations
By placing an order, you agree to pay the final purchase price for the products prepared for you.
Online orders are also subject to our Pickup, Refund, and Store Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Orders cancelled after they have been prepared are non-refundable. Once an order has been fulfilled, products cannot be exchanged or substituted unless required by law.
4. Food Products & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting their purchases at pickup and for properly transporting, storing, handling, and cooking all food products after they leave our possession.
Because food products are perishable and customer preferences vary, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
