STORE POLICIES
At Sawmill Creek Farms LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality, farm-raised products and excellent customer service. The following policies are intended to help ensure a smooth shopping experience for all of our customers.
Order Fulfillment
Many of our meat products are sold by weight. While estimated prices are shown when you place your order, your final total may vary slightly based on the actual weight of the products prepared for you.
Orders are fulfilled as received and are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding your order.
Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders on the date selected during checkout.
Please inspect your order before leaving. If you believe an item is missing or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
Orders not picked up by the close of business on the scheduled pickup date may be returned to inventory. Orders that have already been prepared remain subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
Payment
Payment is processed based on the final prepared order, including any adjustments resulting from actual product weights.
We accept the payment methods offered during checkout and in our store.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared.
Once an order has been fulfilled and prepared for pickup, it cannot be cancelled or refunded because of the perishable nature of our products.
Returns & Refunds
Because we sell perishable food products, all sales are final unless required by law.
If you believe there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Product Availability
Our products are farm-raised and inventory is often limited. We cannot guarantee the availability of every item at all times.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Food Safety
Customers are responsible for properly transporting, refrigerating, freezing, handling, and cooking all food products after pickup.
For the best quality and safety, we recommend promptly refrigerating or freezing your purchase and following USDA food safety guidelines.
Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information without prior notice.
