Harvest Season on the Road: A Farmer’s Convoy in Action

The other day I was sitting in the tractor waiting to turn into the field and snapped this picture of 2 combines passing us to head to their field. Three combines in one picture, old and new! God bless our fellow farmers.

When you see one going down the road just pull over, wave and be patient. We all have families we want to make it home to them. In case you were wondering why the truck is sitting there also, it is pulling our corn head, my husband was hooking it on to start on that field. It's literally a convoy when it's harvest season and takes a team to move to a different field. We have to move the combine, the head, the tractor with the grain cart, and the semis.
